Felix heads Global Supply & Trading operations for Energie Row, a Global Commodity Trading & Advisory Firm, operating primarily out of Houston, USA.

Prior to Energie Row, he spent over a decade with Royal Dutch Shell (Shell Oil Company – in Houston, London, Amsterdam) in a Senior Management capacity. At Shell, he developed deep commercial deal-making skills in global and regional leadership roles and was a Global Executive and lead negotiator on complex multi-billion-dollar commercial deals with a global span across 100+ countries.

Felix has proven expertise in structuring and successfully negotiating complex high dollar-value commodity deals across countries. In his final role at Shell, he was Head of the Commercial Buy Side Deal Team for the Americas region (both North & South America) with an annual deal portfolio of $2+ Billion. Prior to Shell, he was an Associate on the Energy Deal Team of a boutique Advisory firm, an analyst with JPMorgan Chase and is a proud veteran of the United States Armed Forces. Felix received his Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and received his Master’s degree in Business from the University of San Diego, USA. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Supply Management (ISM), possesses a Graduate Designation in Supply Chain & Logistics (USD), and is a graduate of Shell's Experienced Negotiator Program with Harvard University. He sits on the board of a few organizations including Lenox Park (a Fintech focused on Pension Funds & Diversity data analytics), the Economics Department of the University of Texas at Austin, and NFG (a New York City based non-profit with a focus on improving conditions in Sub-Saharan Africa, on Gender Equality, Literacy, and Economic Empowerment). Felix is a US and Ghanaian national.
